Instead of purchasing your Wellness Filter up front why not make a small deposit and with even smaller monthly payments made over a six or even twelve months period.

Make your deposit at our Secure Online Store using your credit card

Once we have received your order we will email you an EzyPay Application Form. The form will some details and basic information about your payment plan on it.

Print out the form, fill in the required information, sign the form and then return it to us by fax or post.

Your order will then be processed and readied for despatch, usually within 72 hours.

How does the EzyPay system work?
EzyPay
allows you to pay for your goods INTEREST FREE over a set period of time. Once your deposit is paid you need to complete the EzyPay form.  This authorises EzyPay to debit your bank account once per month for the term of the loan.

Do you charge any  interest?
No. Apart from a small account opening fee there is no interest charged on EzyPay purchases.

When is the money deducted from my bank account?
Funds are deducted from your account on the 3rd day (or next business day) of every month.

Can I choose to pay by credit card or any other method?
No. We can only accept payment by Direct Debit from bank accounts.

Can I pay the amount owing in full before the end of the term?
Yes.  You can pay off the amount owing at anytime without penalty.

Who do I contact in the event I need to change any details or have any queries?
EzyPay only processes the direct debit. You must contact Wellness regarding any changes or queries on your account

What happens if there are insufficient funds in my account to cover the debit?
If EzyPay returns a failed payment you will be charged a small rebilling fee of $16.50.

What happens after two failed debits?
Your account will be placed in default and handed to a collection agency. Naturally, this can negatively affect your credit rating and result in additional penalties and we recommend you contact us to discuss how we can help.
