Wellness has been offering a Money Back Guarantee since 1999. We are delighted to say that returns, with tens of thousands of filters sold, is less than a small handful. We want you to experience the benefits of our unique water safe in the knowledge that you can return your purchase if you are not convinced our water is the best you have ever tasted. No problems and no questions asked.
How it Works
If not you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can arrange to return it to us within the time period specified on the product page for a full refund of the purchase price, less postage/freight & consumables if any.
The only conditions are that the product(s) is returned in an 'as new', undamaged, saleable condition. Consumables (eg; wet cartridges) and items altered in the use or installation (hose) are not refundable and their list price will be deducted from the final refund.
In addition to the standard consumer and product warranty terms offered on all our products (see below) we also offer a special Limited Lifetime Warranty on selected products. See product page for details.
This warranty is designed to last for as long as you own your filtration system and remains valid for so long as you own and maintain to the filter by replacing cartridges according to the recommended published schedule.
How does it work?
If a replacement part is needed to repair your filter we will supply that part FREE OF CHARGE. You only pay a small postage charge that starts as low as $12.95 and varies depending on the size item being posted and replaced. And, if you need to send your unit in for repairs, the only charge is for postage. All parts and labour are FREE for goods returned to us by you.
Additional Warranty Terms
Use only Wellness supplied or approved parts. Installation of all components supplied for under sink filter installations are required and must be installed otherwise all warranty is void. All under sink connections and installation must be carried out by a licensed plumber. Warranty is not transferrable.
Wellness Products and Australian Consumer Law
For Australian consumers: Our goods come also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
When you purchase Wellness filter products, you will also receive coverage from the Wellness One-Year Limited Warranty. This Warranty can be extended on a yearly basis subject to the Terms and Conditions of our Lifetime Warranty program.
Should your product be defective, you can choose to make a claim under Australian consumer law, the Wellness One-Year Limited Warranty or the optional AppleCare Protection Plan (whichever is applicable).
Non–Wellness branded products purchased from us are also eligible for coverage under Australian consumer Law, but are not covered by the Wellness One-Year Limited Warranty.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
