I’m a naturopath who helps women understand the connections between their symptoms, their health history and the changes happening in their bodies. After more than 20 years in naturopathy, I have learnt that health rarely exists as separate pieces. Digestion, energy, hormones, immunity, inflammation and metabolism are deeply connected. Recognising these connections is often the key to creating meaningful change, particularly as women move through different stages of life.
