1. Overview

These terms govern your use of wellness.com.au. By using this platform as a practitioner, visitor or brand partner, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. About the platform

wellness.com.au is an Australian wellness practitioner directory. We connect health-motivated Australians with vetted wellness practitioners. We are not a medical service and nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice.

3. Practitioner listings

3.1 Application and approval

Applying for a listing does not guarantee acceptance. wellness.com.au reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion. We review every application against our standards for quality and integrity.

3.2 Accuracy of information

Practitioners are responsible for ensuring their listing information is accurate and up to date. Misleading or false information is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.

3.3 Subscriptions and payment

Paid listings are billed monthly. Founding members are locked in at the founding rate for as long as they maintain an active listing. Standard pricing applies to all other practitioners. Payment is processed via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3.4 Removal

wellness.com.au reserves the right to remove any practitioner listing that violates these terms, receives substantiated complaints, or no longer meets our standards. We will make reasonable efforts to notify practitioners before removal except in cases of serious breach.

4. Consumer use

4.1 No medical advice

Information on wellness.com.au is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be treated as such. Always consult a qualified health professional for medical decisions.

4.2 Practitioner relationships

wellness.com.au facilitates discovery of practitioners but is not a party to any relationship between a consumer and a practitioner. We are not responsible for the advice, services or conduct of any practitioner listed on the platform.

5. Intellectual property

The wellness.com.au name, domain, branding and content are owned by wellness.com.au. Practitioners retain ownership of their own content but grant wellness.com.au a licence to display it on the platform as part of their listing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, wellness.com.au is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
