I’m a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) with the Nutrition Society of Australia and around seven years of clinical experience in hospitals and private clinics. I help people with gut health, hormones and PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, cholesterol, weight management and kids’ fussy eating. No rigid diet plans, just practical, evidence based changes that fit your culture, family and lifestyle. Consults available in clinic and online.

What does a registered nutritionist do?

A Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) is recognised through the Nutrition Society of Australia (NSA) Registration Scheme. To be registered, they must be an NSA member with a bachelor's degree or higher related to nutrition science, have relevant professional experience, follow NSA's Code of Ethics, and complete ongoing professional development to renew their registration every three years. They apply evidence-based nutrition science to help clients understand how diet affects health, and translate the evidence into practical, personalised changes. Common reasons to see one include gut health, hormonal conditions such as PCOS, blood sugar and cholesterol management, weight management, and family and children's nutrition.
